The CRM Master Data Specialist will use analytic skills to evaluate complicated data scenarios to make data corrections in response to cases and working with large reports. Must document problems and assist in their resolution. Will participate in data quality projects of various size and complexity, perform quality audits across various functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. Provides reporting to management on the progress of data quality improvement, case work and will help resolve problems through process design strategies and error detection and correction.


  • Collect and conduct preliminary data analysis and assessment for new CRM project.
  • Collaborate with CRM Analyst and Project Management Team to coordinate and implement all tasks related to CRM project.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedure of CRM system.
  • Perform in data analysis, data mining with cross function teams to determine ROI on business strategy and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with marketing team to upload trade show leads and track Corporate Events and trade shows ROI
  • Monitor system core data and identify
  • Maintain supporting documents and products price book in CRM system
  • Work closely with the various user departments to support growth and future business transformative strategies.
  • Work with CRM Analyst to facilitate requirements definition, test planning and other work groups/sessions, to support the translation of operational needs into IT specifications
  • Identify, monitor, record and track data quality conditions and project status and communicate to management
  • Manage all aspects of CRM data for the Sales team.
  • Produce scheduled and adhoc reports for business needs.
  • Maintain detailed understanding and working knowledge of CRM support systems and workflows and their relationship to other systems within the organization
  • Other duties as assigned



Bilingual English/Spanish required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of CRM experience / database management

Salesforce software knowledge


Experience with technologies in CRM systems
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and functionality
Solid understanding of data structures and data modeling
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced business environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong collaborative skills, able to partner with different functional areas, both internally and externally
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
